Each program is structured to enhance performance, prevent injury, and improve overall function, all while educating you on proper movement and sustainable progress.
-
Who is strength & conditioning for?
Strength & conditioning is for everyone, of all experience levels - we meet you where you’re at. We work with athletes, professionals, and active adults of all levels. Whether you’re new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, we’ll scale and progress everything appropriately.
-
What’s the difference between strength & conditioning and personal training?
S&C focuses on improving athletic performance, movement quality, and overall physical preparedness using structured, evidence-based methods. Personal training often emphasizes general fitness and aesthetic goals. At Elite MVMT, we combine both for a more holistic approach.
-
How is your approach different from other gyms or coaches?
We believe true progress comes from more than just effort—it’s about the right combination of education, intensity, mindset, and environment. We ensure every client receives the knowledge to understand their training, the appropriate intensity to stimulate growth, and the mental coaching to stay focused and resilient.
We blend physiotherapy knowledge, sport science, and real-world coaching experience to deliver programs that are safe, effective, and tailored specifically to each individual. We also focus heavily on mindset, education, and long-term progress.
By creating the right conditions for development, we help you move with purpose, train with intention, and ultimately unlock your highest physical potential.
-
What’s included in the monthly coaching?
Monthly coaching includes personalized training plans, progress tracking, form feedback (via video or in person), regular check-ins, and access to our training platform and educational resources.
We offer flexible online coaching and in-person packages to suit your lifestyle and preferences.
-
How often should I train?
That depends on your goals, availability, and current fitness level. Most clients train 2–5 times per week, either in person, online, or a hybrid of both.
-
What results should I expect?
You can expect improved strength, endurance, mobility, energy, and confidence. We also focus on injury prevention, proper technique, and sustainable performance gains.
